I ordered a large for the front and back, the front fit great, but the back, not even close. They did not fit around the ankle which I assumed that caused the angle to be off to wrap around the pastern. I love the fit on the front boots, everything flows correctly and lines up. I also got the bell boots and they pretty good, they do run small, I ordered a large but would love an xlarge (if they made it). I'm using them on a 16hh quarter horse
