The beauty of leather craft is that leather will take dyes and oils differently every time. That is what makes hand-made, hand-tooled, hand- dyed, custom designed leather pieces one of a kind. It is what makes the custom look custom. No two pieces will ever be the same! If you have a design in mind let us know and we would love to get you set up with a pad and design you are sure to love!

Leather Dye Options

Choose between having your leather Dyed Completely, a Single tone dye leather set, or a two-toned leather set

Oil Base *

This Overall oil is the base of your leather piece and comes with the design. Every piece requires an oil prior to tooling. You can choose to adjust the tone of your leather to preference.

More Natural leather recommendation: Natural Oil
Slight Golden tint while still maintaining a Natural look recommendation: Lighter Colored Oil
Darker Tone oil to darken the leather recommendation: Medium Oil

Trim Dye (Optional)

The trim dye will be a one tone dye all the way around your edges of your design.
Reference pictures labeled (Black, Chocolate, Light Brown, Dark Brown and Saddletan) for options.

Two- Toned Dye (Optional)

BEST LOOK FOR YOUR DESIGN!
This two- toned option helps to contrast and allows for the tooling to show case a little easier due to the contrast. The (Black, Chocolate, Dark Brown, Light Brown or Saddle Tan) creates a deeper tone in the background paired with the Antique finish that looks the best with the design for your very own custom look.

Description

We tried to make your customization as easy as possible! Here are some steps to help guide you through your customization. Pictures are numbered to help reference choices and to be able to visually see tooling style, dyes, and more. For specific requests send us a message!

Step 1. Choose your Pad

Step 2. Tooling Detail Options – Choose what pattern you would like continuous throughout your pad. Want a brand or Initials tooled? We will have you upload or type in what you would like on your pad.

Step 3: Choose Leather Dye Options – All pads are oiled. You will choose which oil best describes your liking (natural, light or medium). Dye styles are optional as your entire design can be dyed one tone or two- toned. Also optional is a trim dye (as seen in the pattern pictures0.

Step 4: Any additional features- you would like added can be added in this area. Followed by uploading or typing initials / brand if that is an option you wanted on your pad design.
