Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Customization Questions

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Do your saddle pads come with a guarantee?

We want you to be delighted with your purchase! If you have a receipt, you can return items within 90 days for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Customized logos or brand-name designs are not refundable, so please double-check your customization before ordering. If you don’t have a receipt, unused items can be exchanged for merchandise of equal or lesser value. 

How Long Does a Custom Pad Take?

Custom saddle pad production times vary depending on the level of customization:

  • Simple customizations (basic embroidery or leather options): ~10–14 business days
  • More detailed work (buck stitch, fringe, or laser designs): ~21–30 business days
  • Large orders (7+ pads or multiple custom designs): ~4–6 weeks
  • Highly detailed or specialty leather pads (hand tooling, specialty leathers): ~10–16 weeks

These are estimated timelines. Production may vary depending on order volume and material availability, so we recommend ordering well ahead of any shows or events.

Reward Points

How do I earn reward points?

You earn points when you make qualifying purchases and complete other actions like signing up, referring a friend, leaving product reviews, and celebrating your birthday. Points are tracked in your rewards account once your order is markedCompleted.

How do I check my points balance?

Log into your account and visit your rewards or “My Account” dashboard — your current points balance and earning history will be displayed there.

How do I redeem my reward points?

At checkout, look for the“Have Reward Points? Redeem it”section, clickRedeem it, enter the number of points you want to use, and clickApply Reward Points. Your order total will update with your points discount.

Why didn’t I earn points on my recent order?

If you used reward points to pay for all or part of your order, you will not earn additional points on that purchase.

Do my points expire?

Points typically expire 1 year after they are earned if not used.

Can I use points with other discounts?

Rewards points can only be used one way per order—you cannot stack multiple points redemptions at once. Some stores do not allow combining points-based rewards with other promo codes (check site messaging at checkout).

What happens to my points if I return an item?

If you return an item you earned points from, those points are deducted from your rewards balance.

If you ordered the wrong size or product and it is unused, you may exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value.

How do I make a return or exchange?

We do not recommend washing pads as they are meant to absorb moisture and can take a long time to dry, especially in humid or coastal climates. Without proper ventilation, the material can deteriorate.
